How To Set Up Bbm On Blackberry Q10

Something weird happened today ! BBM closed and whenever I open BBM , I deceit access to information technology . information technology is written BBM SETUP
1- Opening BBM
ii-Associating BBM with your Blackberry Account
iii-you are singed in with the following Blackbeery Id : (my email)
then 3 options
a) Restore Device Switch
b) Restore Using Email
c)Continue
I chose restore past email then i select my electronic mail
and so it is written : RESTORING YOUR BBM INFO.
then suddenly
EMAIL Non VALID !!!
there is no BBM business relationship associated with this e-mail address.select another e-mail and try again and when i try over again it says TEMPORARY SERVER ERROR
is the trouble from my telephone or blackberry server???knowing that I utilize this email directly since I bought this mobile telephone .. and my electronic mail is right and im sure
and the broadcasts and notifications are received but I tin't access to it
delight help me .. Im agape to wipe information technology and lose all of my contacts ,, and i cant access bbm to dorsum upwards

only i accept a Q10 .. How practice I uninstall then install it ? or how practise I upgrade .. because the bbm app cant be deleted

You can't install BBM from BBW on BB10 equally it's a cadre Bone app, just update. In whatever case OP, if y'all're not willing to restore your device your options are limited. Yous can try rebooting and seeing if that fixes it or trying over again later every bit it may really just exist a temporary issue. I've had it happen earlier and all was fine after a few minutes.

ok if I reboot the device ,, does this choice make me lose my data( contacts , phonebook , etc) ? if no .. can you please tell me how to reboot information technology .. and by the way .. when I want to prepare BBM , sometimes information technology says temporary server error , after it says E-mail is Invalid !! should I wait for it or what is the best choice you assist me .. thank you

This happened to me later on upgrading to .1371 and my BBM still isnt working after three days.
I accept tried:
Rebooting
Installing channels
reverting to .1323
patienceCan anyone think of another solution?

I've updated the software update menu. As well on bbw. I also had to restart, remove the bombardment, remove the sim card. Still no luck. Please how practise I fix it.....

All of these decribed situations happened to me likewise. I eventually became frustrated enough that I thought that I would create a new BBM account. And then, instead of trying to become into my former BBM business relationship I tried to set up a new one. The consequence is that I have the exact aforementioned pin, just all of my contacts are gone...
It was weird considering when I started adding back my contacts my old account disappeared on their devices, probably because I had the same pin. It was extremely annoying but I am glad to have the service back. I recall I tried everything to get my sometime BBM business relationship back including loading former OS's, device wipes, security wipes, and had no luck03-05-xiv 08:57 AM
